We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Meriden, CT at Carlson Pro Care.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT required)
  • Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, families, and team members
  • Commitment to professional development, including continuing education and mentorship
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient evaluations, including history, physical assessment, and goal-setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize recovery and functional independence
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with an emphasis on patient education and engagement
  • Collaborate with team members, including Clinical Directors, aides, and coordinators, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Accurately document patient progress in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in workshops, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that prioritizes collaboration, adaptability, and excellence
