ILST / Independent Living Skills Trainer

Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.

Work one-on-one with individuals in New Haven County to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client’s service plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• 2 years of experience working with ABI with a High School Diploma or Equivalent, OR 1 year experience working with ABI with Bachelor's degree.
