Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse utilizes evidence‑based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies and procedures, and the medical staff. The registered nurse uses the nursing process to develop a plan of care that includes standards of practice to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.

We are looking for highly motivated Registered Nurses to staff our Progressive Care Unit. This 20‑bed unit is comprised of all private rooms and specializes in treating complex medical and surgical patients whose needs are not serious enough for the ICU but are too complex for a regular hospital floor.
