We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Quality Manager for our aerospace manufacturing company. This is a critical role responsible for managing a team of six and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with specific experience in airfoil production and the use of PC‑DMIS software.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
• Oversee all quality assurance processes, including inspection, testing, and product release.
• Utilize PC‑DMIS software to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control into all functions and processes.
• Monitor and improve the manufacturing process of airfoils to ensure optimal quality and performance.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues related to quality.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's quality standards and processes remain compliant and effective.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with PC‑DMIS software, Quality Management Systems, AS9100, continuous improvement, and airfoil production.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
