Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (full-time, in-office)

Manage payroll and processing with accuracy, handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, use Service Titan to coordinate operations, answer phones, provide support to team members, ensure processes stay on track, and work closely with staff to contribute to strong culture and teamwork.

• 1+ year(s) of Service Titan experience
• 1+ year(s) of bookkeeping or payroll experience
• Strong focus on teamwork and being a great culture fit

Three or more years of relevant experience is a bonus. Any other accounting or bookkeeping experience is also a plus.
