Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Office Manager at Idaho Urologic Institute’s location in Meridian,  Business Office Manager will oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure efficient workflow to support patient care. Responsibilities include supervising office staff, managing office equipment and supplies, coordinating schedules, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing operational efficiency. The individual will work closely with various departments, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Areas of oversight include: accounts receivable, collections, billing, coding, credentialing, and payment posting.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in managing Office Equipment and related technologies
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and a patient‑focused approach
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or medical office settings is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous
