The Estimator is responsible for estimating residential house plans, remodels, and light commercial projects. Associates will meet with contractors and their customers to assist them in the estimating process and complete all plans within the agreed timeframe. Estimators must be detail-oriented, patient, and experienced in manual or software-based estimating. This position also supports the store's daily operations as assigned by the Store Manager.

Pay: $45K+/year DOE

Location: 1220 W. Franklin Rd, Meridian,

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 5PM

Qualifications:

• Discretion and judgment in reviewing architectural drawings and estimating costs
• Ability to interpret business reports, technical procedures, and regulations; write reports and business correspondence; effectively present information
• Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions in various formats
• Word processing software proficiency
• Inventory and spreadsheet software proficiency
