Plumbing Solutions of Idaho, a trusted name in home services with 19+ years of service, is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our amazing team.

Compensation: $17‑$20 per hour, competitive wage. In addition, we offer:

Responsibility Overview

• Book and schedule service calls, maintaining the technician roster for inbound and outbound appointments
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and job type using office resources
• Provide friendly communication, handle objections, deliver timely solutions, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
• Maintain a welcoming and organized environment to support quick service delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer support or client service experience
• Strong phone handling skills, including active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience providing phone customer service (plus)
• Adaptability, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, organizational attention to detail, ability to work independently

Work Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
