Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative - Business Financing & Mortgage

This full-time, on-site Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative role is based in Meridian,  representative will handle inbound and outbound calls with business owners, qualify prospects, explain financing and mortgage products, and guide customers through the application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing clear information on funding options, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The role also involves addressing customer questions, resolving issues, supporting a positive customer experience, and collaborating with the sales and underwriting teams to move applications efficiently through the pipeline. The person in this role is expected to meet performance targets, maintain a professional and consultative communication style, and represent Direct Funding Now's values in every customer interaction.

• Strong customer-facing experience, including prior work as Customer Service Representatives or in similar Customer Service roles.
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Support, with skills in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear, accurate information.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, including following up with clients and ensuring needs are met throughout the financing process.
• Ability to create a positive Customer Experience by building rapport, listening actively, and communicating in a professional, respectful manner.
• Interest or experience in business financing, lending, or mortgage products; ability to learn financial concepts quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone-based and digital communication.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM or sales software; ability to manage multiple tasks and documentation accurately.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet performance metrics.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism; committed to non-discriminatory, inclusive service to all customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
