• Orthodontic records including Itero Scans and Orthodontic Photographs.
• Verifying insurance benefits.
• Working closely with the orthodontist to develop treatment plans.
• Discussing financials with parents/patients.
• Coordinating appointments.
• Providing excellent customer service while having fun with our patients.
• Ability to self-manage in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
• Being highly motivated to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Daily and Weekly tracking reports:
  End of month numbers turned into the practice manager at the end of each month.
• Prep daily and weekly charts.

• Competitive Salary:Based on experience, starting at $20+ per hour DOE.
