• Support Project Managers and Engineers with engineering design tasks for various projects
• Perform civil engineering design and associated calculations and interpret plans from other engineering‑related disciplines
• Apply technical expertise and be able to work with a project team on conventional and unconventional projects
• Perform independent research and delegate changing priorities
• Adhere to Horrocks safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment
• Work in a collaborative team environment and deliver accurate work product that is error‑free
• Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity

• B.S. in Civil Engineering – EIT a must
• 0‑2 years of experience in civil design is preferred
• Passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
• Experience in Transportation Engineering is preferred
• Have a strong sense of urgency, time management, and self‑initiative to meet client deadlines
• Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers
