Looking to have fun while ensuring our guests are having a blast, too? Our Guest Service Team Members play a pivotal role in providing a first-class experience to our guests. We are seeking out positive, enthusiastic, and personable candidates to fill our team.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests like they’re VIPs (because they are)
• Help with bowling gear, arcade games, and more
• Jump in wherever needed — food running, hosting, cleaning, etc.
• Handle transactions with confidence
• Keep things safe, clean, and fun for everyone
• Promote cool deals and upsell awesome experiences
• Open and close the place like a pro

What We're Looking For

• You've used a POS system before - or are willing to learn! Toast, Brunswick or Embed is a plus!
• You’re a people person — friendly, confident, and great face-to-face
• First-class level of guest service skills
• Team player vibes only – we're all in this together
• You can handle sales transactions like a pro and know how to upsell fun
• Safety matters to you (and us!)
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification
• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays
