• Competitive Pay:
  Full-time wax specialists earn $20-$30/38 per hour (this includes hourly pay, tips, and commission).

• Must have (or be in the process of obtaining) a current esthetician or cosmetology license.
• A natural ability to help guests feel comfortable, welcome, and confident.
• Ability to perform all Radiant Waxing services with precision and care.
• Be positive, upbeat, and professional with both guests and teammates.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to grow your guest base through self-marketing and salon-led promotions.
