As a Server
, you will serve our wonderful residents through a variety of dining activities, creating a top‑notch experience and ensuring that their health, safety and well‑being are protected at all times. Our Servers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.

Starting wage $16.00 DOE with the opportunity for increases and growth!

Must be flexible with scheduling.

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 16 years old
• Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person!
