Overview

Our Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian is currently seeking an experienced PT Server to work as both a server in our Bistro and as a banquet server as needed. As a rockstar on the F&B Team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver guest experiences that maximize investor returns. • Provide exceptional service to all guests dining in our Bistro as well as meeting attendees
• Understand POS system and banquet event orders to assist in set up and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed
• Complete prep and side work to enable focused service during event
• Keep restaurant and meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained
• Welcoming and friendly personality
• Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards
• Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels

• Required Must have previous hotel banquet food and beverage experience
• Food handler and Liquor certification as required by law or brand standard
