Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, distribution, and inventory control of products across multiple departments. This role ensures timely and accurate purchasing, maintains inventory integrity, and supports operational continuity through effective coordination, documentation, and quality checks.

This position plays a critical role in balancing supply and demand, maintaining accurate records, and partnering cross-functionally to support production and business needs.

• Create and manage quotes, purchase orders, and receipts for inventory, equipment, and supplies
• Coordinate delivery timelines and monitor order status with suppliers
• Support supplier sourcing and communicate material needs with internal teams
• Maintain inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies
• Perform cycle count entries and support inventory audits
