Project Manager – St. Luke's Health System

Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead, and deliver complex, high‑risk strategic and tactical projects through all phases of initiation, planning, delivery, and closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project commitments.
  • Utilize SLHS‑standard project management processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with high‑quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, KPIs/metrics, and controlling artifacts while reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, objectives, governance structure, and obtain authority for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Guide cross‑functional project teams, balancing resources and providing technical and analytical guidance for efficient daily operation.
  • Manage vendor integration, review deliverables, and maintain project tracking, analysis, and status reporting.
  • Implement effective project/program communications and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply knowledge of policy, procedures, PMI, and Lean project methodologies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach other project managers and team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification.
  • Construction experience.
  • Medical equipment planning.
  • Negotiating experience.
  • Medical industry background.
