JOB SUMMARY
The Test Line Assistant is responsible for preparing products for shipment, maintaining clean room standards, and assisting with inspections and equipment handling. This role involves following strict procedures for cleaning, labeling, packaging, and transporting parts while ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. The technician will collaborate with test technicians and other departments to support production needs and may assist with customer inspections.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately label, package, and inspect parts.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordination with multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with handling tools, equipment, and sensitive parts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Ability to wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Experience working with inventory tracking, logistics, or compliance inspections is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle moderate to heavy equipment as required.

- Able to safely lift and carry, push or pull objects up to 50lbs.
- Able to walk, stand and work on feet for the duration of shift.
- Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, grasp, handle and operate hand/power tools or controls.
