Under direct supervision, the General Production Associate will be cross trained to work within multiple departments of the manufacturing organization based on the current state of production. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian , less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.

• Move from one work department to another based on the needs of production.
• Train and work proficiently in a minimum of two of the following areas:
• Prep operations in the Manual.
• Pre-and Post-CNC operations.
• Hone and polish operations.
• Etching, tube and labeling product.
• Wheel Dressing.
• EDM Machine operation
• Train other employees in general production.
• Work to shop documents, drawings and specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Degree or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with multi-tasking and handling numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
• Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Regular standing, sitting, walking, and speaking.
• Occasional climbing stairs, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
