No previous experience is required! We provide paid training, hands‑on learning, and ongoing coaching to help you build skills in community outreach, marketing, public relations, customer service, communications, and event coordination.

• Represent community programs, nonprofit initiatives, and outreach campaigns at local events and public locations.
• Engage with community members through friendly, professional, face‑to‑face conversations.
• Explain program information, answer questions, and help people understand available initiatives and opportunities.
• Support community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and public engagement activities.
• Assist with event setup, displays, informational materials, registration, and breakdown.
• Increase awareness of community programs and encourage public participation.
• Record basic event information, registrations, and community feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver organized, positive outreach experiences.
• Develop communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills through hands‑on training.

Experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, event coordination, volunteering, or public-facing roles may find their existing skills especially useful.
