Responsibilities include:

• Represent brands at retail locations, promotional events, community events, and live activations.
• Engage with customers and community members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face communication.
• Share information about products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and event breakdown.
• Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Answer customer questions and provide clear, helpful information.
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Participate in training to develop customer service, sales, marketing, and communication skills.
• Work toward campaign objectives while maintaining professional customer interactions.
