Nursing Supervisor – Boise Heart Clinic (St. Luke's Health System)

Location:

Boise,

Reports to the Practice Manager and works as a direct supervisor for clinical staff (CMAs, RNs).

• Collaborate with the Practice Manager, PAS Staff & clinical staff on clinic workflow process improvement.
• Create, edit, and publish clinical staff schedules, and manage staff open shifts from sick calls and PTO.
• Track attendance, approve time‑cards, and hire new clinical staff.
• Precept and onboard new clinical staff.
• Perform HR duties, including performance reviews for clinical staff.
• Attend and lead department meetings.
• Order and dispose of medications as appropriate; manage the crash cart and medical supplies & logs.
• Oversee the SMART Program and ensure overall compliance.

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
