Nurse Practitioner
- Hospice/Palliative/House calls
Full-time Nurse Practitioner position focused on hospice, palliative, and house call care in Idaho.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for patients with advanced or terminal conditions, primarily in patients' homes or care facilities.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits for care planning, symptom management, and regulatory compliance, supporting aging in place.
- Valid NP license in Idaho and/or Oregon.
- Driver's license.
- Willingness to obtain additional state license if needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Competitive salary ($100k‑$130k).
