Responsibilities

• Assist senior agents in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities.
• Support the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and presentations for client meetings.
• Coordinate property showings and assist in the organization of open houses and client tours.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and expand professional knowledge.
• Assist in the negotiation of lease and sale agreements under the guidance of senior agents.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings.
• Active real estate license in the state of Idaho
