As an Entry Level Sales associate, you'll sell our client's products and services directly to customers through door-to-door selling. You'll explore various neighborhoods within your assigned territory, engaging with residents to offer Internet, TV, and phone services. Flexible

Schedule:

Manage your own 40-hour workweek between 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Some Saturdays may be required during busy event season.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with potential customers:
  Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about the voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls:
  Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
• Complete sales documentation:
  Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
• Oversee customer accounts:
  Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
• Create community buzz:
  Organize and participate in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.

Compensation

You will receive an annual base salary of $40,000
) plus uncapped monthly commission. With ramp payments for $2,000 your first month and $500 the next month!

You would also have an annual target commission of $30,000, which would be $2,500 in commission per month s annual target commission is the
minimum
you can achieve in commissions in a year, if you are just hitting your monthly quota. We offer uncapped commissions, so you are able to well surpass this target based on sales. If you are just hitting quota month over month, your minimum total cash compensation in your first year would be at $70,000 (includes $40,000 base, and $30,000 target commissions).

This is the
minimum
you can expect to receive when just hitting quota. On average, our sales reps are making $80k in total cash comp. and top producers are hitting upwards of $100k or more.

Training

You will go through training your first 2 weeks on the job with our dedicated sales coach. They will cover product information, sales skills, and our systems, to ensure you are prepared and have the tools you need to succeed. You will also be paired with a sales rep to shadow them out in the field.

• Monthly mileage/gas stipend of $150.00
• Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
