Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing the training and support our agents need to succeed.

Job Duties
  • Setting Appointments: 6–8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss their mortgage protection options.
  • Research: 4–5 hours per week – investigating the client’s provided information to customize options that meet their financial needs in the event of death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting with clients either virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
  • Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Qualifications

We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Commission Structure

This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. Additional products, such as premium financial plans for retirement savings protection, are also available. We provide extensive product training, a competitive bonus program, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
