Do you love fabrics, patterns, and design? We’re looking for a creative and motivated Drapery Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you’ll specialize in custom draperies, soft treatments, and fabric design while also helping clients with blinds, shades, and shutters.

• Conduct in-home design consultations with a focus on draperies & fabrics
• Provide expert advice on color, pattern, and style coordination
• Measure windows, prepare quotes, and manage orders
• Build relationships with designers, builders, and referral partners
• Deliver exceptional customer service from consult through installation
• Help maintain showroom displays and fabric sample collections

• Passion for fabrics, textures, and creative design
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and customer-focused personality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous sales, interior design, or home décor experience preferred
• Willingness to learn measuring, quoting, and ordering systems (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check

• Competitive commission structure ($70,000–$150,000+ per year potential)
