ResponsibilitiesYour objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe—a milestone typically requiring up to a year—while becoming a trailblazer who redefines benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, you will transition into a mentor, imparting strategies for success to new team members.

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and a short sales cycle—3 business days), as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
