Position OverviewWe’re hiring full‑time technicians with strong experience in fire alarm systems. Ideal candidates will hold a NICET II certification or higher. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment with clear production goals and opportunities to grow into senior roles.
🔧 Key Responsibilities- Interpret work orders, manuals, and diagrams
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with inspections and testing of alarm systems and extinguishers (NFPA standards)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and fleet vehicles
- Perform basic math and lift equipment up to 80 lbs
- Safely operate ladders up to 28 ft
- Participate in weekly safety trainings and use PPE
- Learn construction phases, building codes, and NFPA 72
- Use Honeywell CLSS software and mobile tools for system management
- Accurately complete paperwork and manage inventory
- Follow company vehicle policies and maintain safe driving habits
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Compliance with federal and state codes
- Required:
NICET II Certification - Preferred:
Backflow Certification, additional licenses - Must pass a 10‑panel drug test and a criminal background check
