As a Garage Door Technician, you’ll learn alongside experienced professionals while developing mechanical, technical, and customer service skills that open doors—literally and figuratively.
🔧 What You’ll Do (We Train You!)Assist with residential garage door and opener installation, repair, and maintenance
Learn to safely diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Perform safety inspections and follow industry best practices
Provide friendly, professional customer service in customers’ homes
Document jobs with notes and photos using company systems
Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles clean and organized
Support teammates and contribute to smooth daily operations
Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and our customers
You’ll start by learning the basics and quickly grow into a skilled technician with increased responsibility and earning potential.
🔧 RequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive, customer‑first attitude
Good communication skills and a team mindset
High school diploma or GED
Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or general labor is helpful—but not required
