HVAC Installer

Purpose: To professionally and efficiently install HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship and professional interaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, following safety and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system issues and solutions.
• Document all services performed accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and work spaces in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Must be 24 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear a background check.
• Prior HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• EPA certification and understanding of safety standards.
• Apprentice or Journeyman License
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
