Location: Meridian, Idaho

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift: Saturday, Sunday and Monday | 3:00 pm – 1:00 am

Since 2008, we’ve walked alongside youth as they transition from juvenile corrections into adulthood—helping them gain confidence, stability, and real-life skills to thrive independently. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young adults (ages 18–19) as they step into adulthood for the first time.

• Assisting young adults with finding and maintaining employment
• Supporting them in securing housing and managing daily responsibilities
• Helping open and manage a bank account
• Teaching budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning
• Guiding scheduling and attendance of important health appointments
• Encouraging positive engagement in the community
• Helping build healthy routines and caring for their mental health

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (mileage reimbursed)
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
• A grounded, compassionate presence and a genuine heart for supporting youth
