Overview

Full Stack Web Developer – Nightforce Optics – Meridian,  – Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain scalable full‑stack web solutions powering the marketing website and infrastructure.
  • Implement interactive front‑end features using modern frameworks (e.g., React) and develop back‑end logic to support data flow, page rendering, and third‑party integrations.
  • Translate design mockups and marketing requirements into responsive code that performs across devices and browsers.
  • Maintain clean codebases and reusable components to support ongoing improvements and content updates.
  • Optimize website performance and responsiveness, focusing on speed, uptime, and minimal resource use.
  • Identify and resolve bugs or inefficiencies affecting user experience.
  • Conduct regular testing and performance audits to uphold high standards for site quality and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, content, design, SEO, analytics). Communicate timelines, blockers, technical limitations, and project status to non‑technical members.
  • Participate in sprint planning, team check‑ins, and collaborative development using Slack, Git Hub, and project management tools.
  • Lead and manage technical aspects of marketing website projects from planning and development to deployment and refinement.
  • Collaborate on digital strategies to support product launches, campaign rollouts, and ongoing site enhancements.
  • Help evaluate and select tools, services, and frameworks that best support long‑term site scalability and flexibility.
  • Set up and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Netlify, Vercel, or similar.
  • Ensure website deployments are stable, fast, and reversible with minimal downtime or disruption.
  • Monitor site health and infrastructure to proactively address issues and scale resources during periods of high traffic.
  • Contribute to automated testing systems for regression protection and functionality assurance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining full‑stack web applications.
  • Proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) and back‑end languages (Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops principles, automated build pipelines, and continuous deployment practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
