Smart Contract Developer ScaleAdvantage Corp Meridian

We don't need a Smart Contract Developer who knows everything about Redis; we need one curious enough to find out what they don't. The technology charter, the $79,000 - $112,000, the 5-year ask — all of it points to a Scale Advantage Corp role built for owners, not order-takers.

• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Meridian,  without dropping the baton
• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs powering core Scale Advantage Corp products
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Meridian,  remote teams
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a mid-level capacity
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence
• Real curiosity about why Scale Advantage Corp customers do what they do
• Demonstrated comfort presenting to mid-level leadership
• Knowledge of
-specific regulations relevant to technology work
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a fast-growing hybrid team

Operating out of Meridian, Scale Advantage Corp designs the tools that power thousands of businesses in the technology sector. Trust, transparency, and steady momentum are the three things we protect above all else.

The $79,000 - $112,000 we offer comes attached to mentorship, a clear ladder, real benefits, and flexible hybrid days you can plan around.

Hiring is open and ongoing for this hybrid position in Meridian.
