• Minimum 1 year+ experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or in a similar supervisory role in new home construction

• Thorough knowledge of all trades involved in homebuilding
• Highly motivated with a passion for excellence and initiative
• Team player capable of working independently to meet deadlines and goals
• Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with trade partners
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Most importantly, be comfortable and courteous when representing CBH Homes around teammates, subcontractors, and clients
