Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for 40 years, is looking for an energetic, organized and self-starting Customer Engagement Specialist to assist our team. The candidate will work with all departments to provide a high level of customer service.
What a Customer Engagement Specialist Does- Promptly and professionally respond to and maintain communication with prospective clients through phone and email communication
- Assist with the organization of trade shows and sales events ensuring events run smoothly
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by learning our industry, products and process to articulate our value proposition
- Assist the members of the sales and other departments as requested
- Other duties as assigned
- Two or more years of experience in direct customer engagement.
- Minimum of a High School diploma (GED) and show a steady work history highlighting accomplishments. College Degree Preferred and relevant experience can be substituted for education.
- Strong Computer Skills especially Word/ Excel and database management
- Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the Rent to Own industry a plus
