Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager at our Meridian, MS location, to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a proven ability to achieve business goals.

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales management and retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment, particularly Kubota products preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
