Job Description What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Engineer Sr - E3 you will be responsible for ensuring producibility and quality of products, driving engineering analyses, and improving manufacturing processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Perform failure analysis and root‑cause investigations.

Lead industrial and manufacturing process improvements.

Oversee product quality assurance and reliability initiatives.

Manage supplier quality and tool performance.

Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.

Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of three years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.

Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping.

Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.

Facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Desired Skills Master’s degree in Industrial engineering, operations management, organizational leadership, business quality management or a related discipline.

Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

Change-management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability, control charts, hypothesis testing, regression, and measurement-system analysis.

Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, SQL, or equivalent applications.

Simulation Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00
