Performs cashier duties, takes phone orders, restocks shelves, creates balloon bouquets and wraps packages.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Records all transactions and processes paperwork to accounting.
• Performs inventory counts, restocks shelves, unpacks shipments, makes deliveries, and prepares orders for shipment.
• Conducts over‑the‑counter sales of merchandise.
• Assists manager with housekeeping and maintenance of stockroom.
• Balances cash register at the end of shift and reports any shortages immediately.
• Maintains store operations in the absence of the manager.
• Takes phone orders from customers.
• Writes legibly.
• Channels communications to appropriate personnel.

Professional Requirements Education & Regulatory Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
