What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Drive product acceptance through education and strategic account management
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience
  • 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical, psychology, or neurology sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Knowledge and experience in psychiatry or neurology
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
