- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and support
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience
- 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical, psychology, or neurology sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
- Experience in close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution
- Knowledge and experience in psychiatry or neurology
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
