IES is seeking a Project Lead
- Fiber to act as the on-site coordinator and supervisor for fiber installation projects in Meridian, MS. You will oversee Crew Leads, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while coordinating with the Project Manager on productivity and budget.
You will also perform testing, termination, splicing, and installation tasks, ensuring adherence to standards and proper documentation of all activities. Travel within regions is required.
