- Building a team of highly-capable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment in which to work and provide great service.
- Assist Regional Vice-President (RVP) with special projects.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary.
- Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance.
- Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs.
- Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.
- Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.
- 4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi-Family industry in a supervisory role
- Affordable housing experience.
- Tax Credit and HUD/Project-Based Section 8 experience
- Experience using Real Page products and MS Office.
- Ability to travel
extensively
(up to 80%) to local and out of state property locations as necessary.
* The base range may be adjusted based on specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
