Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Manager with Tax Credit and HUD/Project-Based Section 8 experience to ensure standards of excellence and customer fulfillment in every resident, vendor, and property team interaction. This position requires 80% travel.

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Qualified candidates must live in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Colorado, Missouri, or South Dakota. The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) to local and out-of-state property locations.

• Build a team of highly‑capable and motivated Property Managers and create a positive environment to provide great service.
• Assist the Regional Vice‑President with special projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the property team and resolve resident concerns, when necessary.
• Act as Owner Liaison – enhance relationships with partners, agencies, and other entities and maximize financial performance.
• Adhere to all guidelines within all applicable government programs.
• Perform quarterly file audits and ensure discrepancies are corrected.
• Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
• Monitor, coordinate, and prepare all financial data.

• 4‑year degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience in the multi‑family industry in a supervisory role.
• Affordable housing experience.
• Tax Credit and HUD/Project‑Based Section 8 experience.
• Experience using Real Page products and MS Office.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) to local and out‑of‑state property locations as necessary.

The base range may be adjusted based on specific location. Final compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
