• Build a team of highly capable and motivated Property Managers and create a positive environment to provide great service.
• Assist RVPs with special projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the property team and resolve resident concerns when necessary.
• Act as Owner Liaison – enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities to maximize financial performance.
• Adhere to all guidelines within all applicable government programs for affordable properties.
• Perform quarterly file audits and ensure discrepancies are corrected.
• Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
• Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.

• 4‑year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi‑Family industry fulfilling a Regional or Multi‑site position.
• 2+ years of Regional Apartment Manager (Market Rate or Conventional) experience.
• Experience using Realpage/One Site products and MS Office.
• Ability to travel extensively to local and nationwide locations as necessary.
• CAM, CAPS and CPM (or willing to obtain) certification.

• 4‑year degree or (5+ years) commensurate experience in the Multi‑Family industry fulfilling a Regional or Multi‑site position.
• 4+ years of Regional Apartment Manager (Market Rate or Conventional) experience.
• Advanced experience using Realpage/One Site products, MS Office and other Multi‑Family software.

Final agreed‑upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Base range: $75,000 - $95,000.
