Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission is seeking motivated individuals to join their sales team!

As a Sales Consultants
you will be interacting with customers and helping them select the PERFECT vehicle to meet their needs. You will be trained to use your knowledge of the latest car models and features to guide customers through the selection process and ensure that customers are aware of the various financing and leasing options available to them.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand customer base.
  • Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with dealership staff to create a seamless buying experience for customers.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of direct customer-facing sales/dealership experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
