About the RoleSpecialize in Living Benefit Life Insurance—an innovative life insurance product you don’t have to die to collect. We partner with over 25 industry‑leading carriers to offer this portfolio of products.
Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified prospects, enabling you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand financial goals and insurance needs, presenting options to help clients make informed decisions. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing benefits and features, and tailoring them to client concerns. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships, offering ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to position our products effectively and deliver pertinent information to clients. - Sales Reporting:
Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory requirements and company policies, protecting client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, capable of working independently.
- Existing life insurance license or willingness to obtain one; we will assist in obtaining it if you are not licensed.
100% commission‑based with no caps and performance incentives. Bonuses paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale. The range is based on the average rep in current markets.
