- Sign on Bonus based off experience
- $90,000 - $150,000 annually (Performance-based, utilizing a task pay structure)
- Additional incentives available based on quality craftsmanship that result in low recall rates
- Company provided vehicle and gas card

- Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Oversee jobsite coordination, ensuring timely and quality installations.
- Install ductwork, thermostats, and system components per job specifications.
- Perform system start-ups and verify functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions.
- Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, promoting safety and efficiency.

- Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
- Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
- Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
