Rigdon Inc. is adding to our Kansas City team. We are seeking a window cleaning / gutter cleaning / power washing technician to join our staff. Job Responsibilities:

The technician is responsible for projects from start to finish in all facets of interior and exterior window cleaning, soft washing (houses, decks, patios), gutter cleaning and repair, and power washing. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are extremely important. This position is also responsible for completing estimates and bids, and customer follow-up as needed. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with occasional Saturday work.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required - however, we will train the right-minded and motivated applicants!
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness and ability to do ladder/high cleaning (residential work usually consists of 1 to 2 stories, or 2 stories plus basement)
• Clean and professional appearance
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently
• Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladders, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day

Benefits Offered:

• Full-time employees are eligible for company-supplemented insurance after 60 days.

Pay:

• Up to $30 per hour or higher based on experience for commission-eligible employees
• Employees are paid weekly.
