- Package Starting at $13.20/hour with FREE membership to the Merriam Community Center
The City of Merriam Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Lifeguard to perform the below responsibilities:
- Enforces facility rules and policies;
- Ensures safety of patrons by responding to emergencies.
Minimum of 15 years old. Current certifications through American Red Cross to include:
Lifeguard;
Waterpark Lifeguarding; and CPR for Professional Rescuer or ability to obtain prior to season opening.
All employees must be available for mandatory training. Date to be determined by supervisor.
Applicants will be contacted by phone to schedule an interview. Additional interviews will be scheduled as necessary.
Merriam Parks & Recreationprovides year-round recreational, athletic, and educational programs for all ages at our community center.
