What You Will Be Doing
  • Directly dealing with members and potential members
  • Supporting and promoting a successful service/sales culture by identifying member needs and cross‑selling appropriate products
  • Efficiently and accurately processing transactions (loan payments, fund transfers)
  • Researching and resolving member concerns
  • Accurately recording information
  • Effectively utilizing the software system for member transactions
  • Engaging with members to explain available services to meet financial needs
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 18 months of relevant experience in finance or customer service
  • Previous banking or financial services experience
  • Desire to provide outstanding member service
  • Ability to discuss products and services
  • Professional appearance with enthusiastic, assertive personality
  • Self‑motivated
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments
  • Dependable – arrive on time as scheduled
